EpiFine – 1 Component Sealant and Adhesive
EpiFine (Resin) is a single component resin, which is used for the sealing of electric relay. Resin is used for the sealing of electric relay has many advantages, such as high viscosity, low out-gas essence, low temperature cure and storable at room temperature. These advantages enabled this resin to be favored by electric relay makers all around the world. We have also developed a new UV cure type.

EpiFine (Adhesive) is a single component epoxy adhesive. Low temperature curing adhesives is fast curing resin which are designed for electronics components. This product finds utility in such micro electronic applications as optical devices units, narrow gap sealing, and coils.
